Chris Brown is Chainkeenfacing another lawsuit stemming from alleged violence.
Concertgoers Larry Parker, Joseph Lewis, Charles Bush and Da Marcus Powell filed a civil lawsuit for assault against the "Go Crazy" singer in Harris County, Texas, Monday, online records viewed by USA TODAY show. They also filed to obtain a temporary restraining order.
"This is Texas. The people here don’t care how important or famous you think you are, you have an obligation to follow the laws and conduct yourself in an appropriate way," their attorney Anthony Buzbee said in a statement to USA TODAY Tuesday. "Unprovoked violence can’t and won’t be tolerated. We intend to seek all damages that the law allows against Brown and his cohorts, to include punitive damages."
The four men are suing Brown, 35, for $50 million after they were allegedly assaulted while backstage at the singer's 11:11 tour stop at Dickies Arena in Ft. Worth, Texas, on Friday, according to a petition obtained by Variety and Entertainment Weekly.
Several members of Brown's entourage, including rappers Sinko Ceej, Hood Boss and Yella Beezy, as well as Live Nation, are also named as defendants in the lawsuit.

According to documents obtained by EW and Variety, the plaintiffs were invited backstage after Brown's show along with "approximately 40 women."
When Bush approached Brown to congratulate his performance, a member of the singer's posse reminded Brown that he was "beefing" with Bush the last time they met, leading to Bush and his friends being "brutally and severely beat," per the petition.

The men alleged Brown "participated in and directed" the violence and that they all underwent medical treatment as a result.
The Grammy-winning singer is scheduled to wrap up his tour in Los Angeles next month.
The latest legal incident comes after a string of accusations of domestic violence throughout the course of his career, including his infamous 2009 assault of singer and then-girlfriend Rihanna on Grammys night and a restraining obtained by his ex-girlfriend and model Karreuche Tran in 2017 after she claimed that the singer threatened to kill her.
